I picked Ruby's cakes because I'd heard they tasted great and was impressed to see what she could do (basically anything you see on those cake shows!!) Chari Ruby not only made the most amazing wedding cake that was exactly what I had pictured in my head, but also tasted amazing!!! It was the one thing in our wedding that was absolutely perfect!! Chari was amazing to work with. She took my pictures and made it into the masterpiece tiered cake we got. She was super nice and if she ever had a question she always contacted me, which I loved. Better to ask then to go off memory. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants a cake for any occasion! She's AMAZING!!!
She made the most beautiful cake ever for my daughter's wedding. Most importantly she listened to all of our input and incorporated every technique my daughter asked her to. Such a pleasure to work with!
