service was fast and friendly! Fries were hot!! We stopped around 9 30 pm on a Tuesday night!! Hot fries=the best!!
This is the second time that they're horrifyingly incapable drive-thru as messed up my order. The person working the window insisted that I had ordered a different kind of drink, never mind that the drink on my receipt shows exactly what I was saying that I ordered. This experience today is proof positive that there is no reason that a fast food worker of that caliber should be making $15 an hour. I'm sure there are many many people that work at McDonald's all across the United States that are fantastic at their jobs, confident and what they do, courteous, nice, professional. However if you're looking for any of those attributes stay clear of this McDonald's no. Maybe I just had a bad apple, but that bad apple that one hell of a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be coming back again.
The food has always been excellent, though at peak times there can be a little wait. As far as McDonald's go, this is one of the best ones.
Service was a little slow but it seemed that a lot of people were being trained (That or everyone is severely underqualified to be by themselves). I would give 4 stars but there was a roach in the restaurant visible to customers. I work in restauraunt so I know its not avoidable but I suggest an exterminator is called soon. Other than that, the food is what I would normally expect. :)
I know I'm an adult, but almost always get a happy meal. There's to much food in a combo. When I get a chicken nugget meal I get sweet n sour sauce. I don't usually get my sauce and don't think to check it and get home with no sauce. Seriously, how hard is it to read the screen?!? So today I asked for sauce. Good thing I did. Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten any. Also learn to put a napkin or two in the kids meal box. We all know kids are messy .....even me and it would be nice if you wouldn't look at me like I'm a b*tch because i ask for a sauce!!
