My husband was very sick. He made an appt the day before. Well we showed up to his appt the next day and the rude receptionist told him after she asked for his insurance card, that they don't accept his insurance. Umm...why didn't they do their job BEFORE his appt and ask what kind of insurance he had to begin with? This could have all been avoided in the first place!! Stupid people NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!
I go in to see my doctor because I have been fighting with sciatica and I get told to do physical therapy before I can get and MRI or an x-ray because I'm suppose to do physical therapy for a month and I still have not got a call about that plus I keep getting in more and more pain and my whole entire right side gives out and I'm still not getting the help I need plus my doctor told me she can do an MRI and x-ray but is refusing to do them
My family has received excellent care here. Love Dr. Wagner. She listens to you and really makes you feel like your more than just a number
