This facility will take your $75 but offer no services. My husband and I were visiting family in MP for Christmas when he had a gout attack. He was unable to walk so we went to this ER. The doctors did absolutely nothing. Refused to drain his knee or even write a script for colchicine to help remove the uric acid. Instead he was told to see his primary care doctor when he got back to San Antonio. We ended up stopping at the hospital in Liberty, Missouri on the way home and the staff there drained the knee and prescribed the meds needed for a gout attack. I recommend going to Burlington or Iowa City for medical care.
Doctors aren't always that great. Sarah Ledger is the best family doctor there is though. Hands down.
My mother was being assisted to the bathroom with no gait belt and assist of one and reported to the nurse that she was going to fall and needed to sit down. The nurse left her and went to get a chair and mom fell and broke her hip. We transferred her to the university of Iowa and have received excellent care. The nursing care at Henry county was terrible.
I had excellent care here for 3 deliveries, the midwives are awesome!
