Best experience at a dealership ever. We are from out of state and were traveling through Mt. Pleasant and got a bolt in our tire on the highway. They had the friendliest service people I have ever dealt with. They were able to get it fixed super fast. They also had a kids play area while we waited. Wished we lived closer as I would definitely be a loyal customer.
Sales kid was cool though, but he had no say in it.
Shottenkirk car dealership of Mount Pleasant is very pleasant to deal with. We trusted them with our 2014 Town and Country and were not disappointed. They found the problem with our air conditioning and ordered the appropriate parts, sending us home with a new Town & Country as a loaner car. The next day our car was done and announced with a friendly call! We would definitely recommend this car dealership for anyone weather interested in a new or used car, or for car repair.
Higher ups would not work a deal at all, and what they offered us for our trade was a slap in the face, and then some. ''Still walking funny''.

Charles was great. A sincere and down to earth guy, and didn't feel like a "salesman" at all. Unfortunately, ended up not buying as the management wouldn't budge on sticker price (which is usually pretty unheard of in this buisness). Might be worth calling to ask if there is wiggle room if you're looking at a specific vehicle, as it might not be worth your time. Overall, friendly and pleasent.
Great car buying experience. Cassidy in sales was very helpful and easy to work with. Good guy. Mike got us through the financial details painlessly. Sales Mgr Joe was upfront and professional. Was about the easiest vehicle purchase I've had.
